I got the Zumba fitness dvd and am waiting for it. Hopefully it will be fun!! i have heard rave reviews about the zumba for the wii!! : )

Thanks for the responses....Believe it or not when she asks friends to do things they will go. Its not like they say no. But when she's around them she turns into the "mom can i get this" or why or we're bored. If we are not physically doing something that is fun she is bored. I have heard that one small cheat a week is good. Keeps your metabolism in check and jump starts it. You just can't overdo it!! WTG on almost reaching ur goal!

I wish my 12yoa daughter felt the same way, she is a yo yo dieter and she hates her body. Sadly all through middle school this is what I went through., so i see the pattern. I love the diary...I used to hate it, but found out this was the only concious way to figure out how many calories i was intaking w/o going over. Its good to know there are lots of people out there who are in the same boat. 6 days a week, kudos to u ...i usually do 4-5 days a week btwn cardo and walking!

In the end, I want this to be a lifestyle change for me and something that 1 month, or even a year after I reach my goal, i slip back into bad habits. Excellent Point....that is the only way to look at it as a "lifestyle change" If you loose it slowly and get fit and learn to eat better the healthier you will be!!

What if you don't eat all your calories that day, but don't feel hungry. I've lost 17lbs so far and work out 3-4 days a week. Somedays I eat just enough to make my calorie limit, sometimes I'm under....And not hungry...Any suggestions??? Thanks
