GREAT LOSS MIKE!!!!!!?Great job to everybody!! The first "official" weigh in will be next week since today is technically the "start" day. Obviously some of us had a previous weigh-in from earlier in the week.
So let's recognize our largest weight loss for our "unoffical" week. (Weight lost between 3/13/11 and 3/17/11)

My "official" weigh day is today, Saturday, and I am disappointed in myself at 323, I was 2lbs lighter on Thursday AM, although
43.4lbs in a week is still not bad0 -

I gained .6 lbs this week, or should I say I ONLY gained .6 lbs this week. I took a road trip with my wife and my 3 adult kids to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. With all the eating out and partying I was afraid I was going to gain a lot. But by making smart choices at meal times, and of course walking and hiking A LOT, I was able to keep it down. Now I am back on track and really impressed that just by making conscious choices about what I was eating and drinking I was able to keep from gaining too much.0 -
