I only work out at home, cant afford gym prices plus with being a single mum getting someone to look after my kids while i go is impossible, i used to use the zumba dvd's but now use Jillian Michaels 30ds, going to move on to ripped in 30 after :smile:

Welcome to mfp :smile: , im a single mum too and like you an emotional eater, i eat when im happy, bored, lonely, sad etc, i have found that when kids are in bed and im relaxing for the night tends to be my worst time as the rest of the day im busy so distracted, so what ive tended to do is distract myself, come on here…

Im on lv 1 day 3 (just done) im finding the first circuit hard but i hate push ups, dont mind circuit 2 or circuit 3 except from the side lunges with arms i dont like those gets me grunting just to get through lol, but when i get towards the end on the last cardio feel quite good think its because i know the end is coming…

I used to have the same problem too(sometimes still do), i would eat well in the day then once kids were in bed that was it couldnt stop snacking, i think the best thing to do is try and figure out why you are snacking (mine would tend to be boredom/habit) and try to deal with that, if its habit/boredom then do something…
