Okay I asked because I measured my cereal this am. I first used the measuring cup for 1cup. Then I decided to see what it measured in grams. I zero out the scale and the amount I got in grams was far more in calories than what the package stated 1 cup will be in grams. So I was confused on what’s the best option

Theee away all whites for whole grain . I made some chicken Parmesan no bread crumbs. Just chicken sauce fat free mozzarella and instead of white spaghetti, I got whole grain. I honestly couldn’t tell the difference. I’m trying brown rice tonight. Pray for me haha

Thanks. I didn't start having these issues until I have birth to my son. It's been a whole year and still having bathroom problems. Went to the dr and had test done and everything is fine. Dnt know why I'm still having issues

Ok that makes sense. I started two weeks ago. I eat right but then have these lil break downs. Where I just buy a small fry or something then I'm satisfied until the next breakout .I've done this twice so far in the two weeks
