1 month back 20 lbs down so far

Well its been just a few days over a month since i started eating right, logging food, and exercising again. And in that time i'm down 20lbs and about 7% BF so my LBM has stayed almost exactly the same. I did all this calorie and carb cycling, averaging slightly under 2150 calories each day, and getting plenty of protein. Oh and beer, definitely did not cut out the beer! It's been a pain but i am very happy with the results thus far. Good luck to all in your attempts as well!

    Awesome job! And always allow for beer. I had the saddest conversation with my mother. She said that beer isn't worth the calories. Then I told her I tend to drink beers that are 200-300 calories each, and she said I should never drink them. I just said ok, then I went and had a beer.
