How to weigh food
I bought a food scale and some measuring cups and was curious on how to weigh certain foods. Like for instance I had shredded cheese and avocado in my salad. Do I use cups for the cheese or scale ? And for avocado is it grams our ounces ?

I'm currently 175 and I need to reach 155 to get back in the military. The recruiter told me that if I'm over 155 then my Body fat percentage needs to be under 28%. How can I find out my body fat percentage ?

I actually consume a little over 1200 calories today (1254) to be exact. Ate back 54 calories and I'm extremely full. Never thought

Did I buy the correct protein powder ?
I saw two options. One was 100% Whey Protein and to build muscle. The other was Protein for Nutrients for Lean Muscle. The nutrients one had a load of vitamins in it. I was confused on which to get for after workout routines.i got the 100% Whey one. Btw I'm trying to lose weight.

HELP!!!! increasing protein
Everytime I check my macros for the day, my protein is very low. Like yesterday it was 17% . Carbs 45% and Fat 38% I was told protein should be 40% . I had fish , boiled eggs yesterday but don't know what else to eat to boost my protein.
