I saw two options. One was 100% Whey Protein and to build muscle. The other was Protein for Nutrients for Lean Muscle. The nutrients one had a load of vitamins in it. I was confused on which to get for after workout routines.i got the 100% Whey one. Btw I'm trying to lose weight.

    Even better, read the ingredients.
Even way better, eat a real source of protein, not garbage.

Protein is protein, you're body can't tell the difference.

The only thing i look for in my protein is cost and Grams in protein per calories.
