I agree the Shakeology looks pretty pricey.... I am on the hunt for a no sugar protein/GF/dairy free....so essentially plant based... its been tough to find. I tried pea protein and hate the texture...

portion control decrease the beer and wine exercise regularly more than likely the 21 day fix to get started.....i tend to be an emotional eater and i eat when i'm bored so keeping busy and doing more active things.

I have tried this several times but always seem to fall off. I would love to find people for support and accountability. I would like to start simple and go 10 pounds at a time....(believe me i want to lose way more than that)

I looked over your diary and you eat most of your calories at night. If you don't take in protein in the AM your body will feel starved and your metabolism will stall. My best advice to you is make sure you have a larger breakfast with protein in each meal. I hope this helps. Based on your food diary you eat your meal…

I'm 5'3" and a bit curvy for my size. I currently weight 217 and would love to get down to 150 pounds. I"m not sure if that's a realistic goal but its been so long sine i've been there it almost feels impossible.
