Old man half dressed if that, getting malodorous perspiration all over the equipment. Also with the attitude they look good - strutting around as if posing.

I for one am shocked and astounded that so many on this list seem to take such cavalier attitude on this subject. Anabolic androgenic steroids are prescription only medications, and therefore it IS illegal to be using them in the fashion being discussed. No responsible physician in their right mind would ever prescribe…

Do you want to die from cancer or heart disease?

Gets worse with age. Pretty soon you will not be able to order a sandwich in a deli without creeping everyone out.
-
What did you eat? A loaf of Archer cinnamon bread? A 6 lb, burrito? Could always be worse.

Dogs understand 2 syllable names best, therefore he looks like a "Mugwump".

Ran with her for years, did not even need a leash would stay right by my side. She developed hip arthritis, could no longer handle running and I gained weight and joined MFP.

Do not really understand your post. How do you know the cardio did not work? Did it not elevate your heart rate? Our Federal government exercise guidelines recommend 120 minutes per week.

You lived up to your name, and it is also gay.

Sugar and palm oil(saturated fat) also probably not really contributing to it being a health food.

Either Pulp Fiction - "Naw, I'm pretty f...ing far from all right" or else The Coneheads - " If I did not fear incarceration from the human authority figures I would terminate your life functions by applying sufficient force to your blunt skull so as to cause it's collapse.

Right on! Or perhaps at this point an auto body mechanic trying to pass the LSAT?

There was a Seinfeld episode related to this topic. Also a definite public service component to this issue in that you may be avoiding a whole lot of traffic accidents by modestly covering up a bit. Public safety should be considered and not taken lightly.

1. Having to bail out on a squat when I went too low and could not muster it up. 2. Falling down a small flight of stairs on jelly legs after an elliptical session. 3. Having a weighed olympic bar roll over my hand while replacing it exhausted onto a low rack.

Unbelievable.

I assume you have IBS with the predominant symptom of diarrhea? Iron supplements in pill form or in daily multi vitamins tend to be laxative like, and probably not what you want. Why not try eating food with high iron content that you could tolerate such as: red meat, egg yolks, dark leafy greens, raisins, beans or…

Recurrent theme, the only appropriate response is... WOW, WOW!! Really unbelievable.

Egg whites, skim milk, bananas.

Not regularly, but the worst possible thing to ever try to eat is tripe. I defy anyone to come up with anything worse than that!

Something that absolutely works is stretching after the exercise.

I think the decrease in resting heart rate will make up for it. http://my.clevelandclinic.org/heart/prevention/exercise/pulse-target-heart-rate.aspx Take a conservative estimate of resting heart rate of an athlete dropping from 80 bpm (beats per minute) to 60 bpm. Say you exercise daily for 30 minutes and increase the rate…

Recommend you stay away from the new and improved Dymatize Elite. It does not go into solution and tastes terrible. They "improved" it and ruined it. I used the Dymatize product for years and thought it was great. Now it is garbage.

Suppose you exercise for 30 minutes /day. Once you have achieved cardiovascular fitness the decreased heart rate for the remaining 23.5 hours/day would make up for the 1/2 hour your rate was elevated.

Do not confuse this nurse with the facts of BMI interpretation. Her mind is already made up. She probably spends the majority of her day telling people to lose weight based on the numbers, and most of the time it is correct. This situation probably represents the "Peter Principle" at work. The nurse has risen to her level…

I can completely relate to the feelings you've described. If you are due to get in a workout and then can't get to it, there is an uneasy, unfinished feeling. I used to run a lot, and would not say that I never got an endorphin "high" that I could appreciate but just felt overall terrible if I didn't get to it. Maybe…

I agree, you do sound like you came off as a bit of a bully. She did feel the need to complain about you to management. Would you have used the same tone and attitude to a 300 lb. no-neck steroid head, or a smart aleck high school jock? There have been other threads on these message boards discussing how women have been…
