I still get hungry. I know some people report that they get used to the lower calories and don't get hungry anymore after awhile, but that never happened for me. I don't worry about sugar from natural sources, such as fruits and vegetables. Fruits and veggies didn't make me overweight, and medical officials report that they're an important part of our daily diet. I only focus on sugars from outside sources - bread, cake, candy, sauces, etc.
