I remember someone posting a link to a website that had a host of 400 calorie meals from breakfast to dessert. I can't for the life of me find it or remember it. Help!!

You might be referring to Light & Delish. The link to the site was posted here the other day. I immediately searched for it and a subscription, but no luck. The website is good though-- http://www.delish.com/recipes/cooking-recipes/light-and-delish.
But as luck would have it, I found that edition online as a PDF here: http://magazinesdownload.com/category/Light-and-Delish.aspx. Includes all the recipes which look absolutely YUMMY!

There's a book too the 400 cal fix. Good stuff shows recipes as well as fast food options0
