How do I add a cardiovascular DVD workout to my exercise?

I do two DVD cardiovascular workouts; SELF: Bikini ready fast and Crunch: bikini BODY 10 minute workout for your Belly, Butt, and Thighs.
I don't know how to add them though so i don't know how much calories i burn ):

I don't know exactly what they entail, but maybe you could log it under circiut training?0

iwas also going to say circuit training. I always use that but i cut my minutes alittle when I log it so i dont over estimate0

Go the Self's website. There is a calculater on there. I do this workout too! I love it.
