How do I add a cardiovascular DVD workout to my exercise?

I do two DVD cardiovascular workouts; SELF: Bikini ready fast and Crunch: bikini BODY 10 minute workout for your Belly, Butt, and Thighs.
I don't know how to add them though so i don't know how much calories i burn ):
