Thank you so much! I don't really have anything new to add, there are so many inspiring stories of people just like me who did all sorts of methods. I mainly just stay under my allotted cals and I work out as often as I can. I prefer to do my cardio in the morning and I swim every chance I get. I use the 30 day shred,…

Seriously, Thank you all... you're making me blush! LOL I still have so far to go, but I am grateful for what I have accomplished. I try to think, someone's goal weight is my current weight, and it keeps things in perspective.

Thank you so much! I have a "before" pic of me on my fridge, I printed it out and stuck it to a magnet, it doesn't always work, especially if I am intent on being a bad girl, but I will if I am eating because I am bored.

I started with MFP over a year ago, and I lost around 75lbs. I broke my ankle and am still recovering. I have gained about 25lbs back since my fall and I just this week have returned to my workouts and to MFP. Feels good to be back and thank you everyone for being such motivation for me!

Newmamaluv, I think your question was directed at me? If not I will answer anyway...LOL When I have the $$$ I will shop at Macy's or Forever 21 (My FAVORITE) but I usually just end up at Ross or Old Navy. I just try to pick clothes that will look good on my body shape and colors that match my cool skin tone. If I want to…

I can relate, but just remember no matter what the scale ends up saying you are still kicking *kitten* and you will eventually get way below where you are now. I am very proud of you and your loss no matter how you feel about it ...and CONGRATS on Onederland it looks great on you

Thanks again to all of you for your kind feedback :flowerforyou: I really appreciate it. Also, thank you for those who submitted collages, you all inspire me everyday. I used Picasa to create my collage, but you can also use Photoshop. Picasa is free and really easy to use. You just get the pics you want and then create a…

That sounds fun, but I don't think I am at the same physical level as you just yet  not sure if I'd make it through the course... I have always wanted to do a mud run, but have been too out of shape. I am working on it, so maybe one day here soon. I love Temecula btw... the mall is fantastic compared to Escondido.…

It's funny, I remember seeing some of the same people posting their success when I started about 5 months ago...you are the same people who motivated me to get on board and reach my goals. It feels so good to post some pics along with you guys now, I can't wait until I am someone's motivation! Congrats to…

Same thing happens to me... I will be chatty with someone and then all of a sudden GONE. I do speak my mind most of the time and I can use some offensive language here and there but it's really not that offensive? Right? I would just say screw em...LOL

You still are my #1 inspiration. You look so amazing and happy!! You should feel so proud of your accomplishment :)
