i just deal with the pain. it doesn't get easier, because you push yourself more. The soreness goes away. Now, it only hurts while I'm doing it, so keep working it!

If you don't have a heart rate monitor, then I would try to Google and see what others burn during the same workouts and average that out. Failing that I would use the MFP burn for cardio or something similar to the workout you're doing. Maybe taking it down a bit so you don't overeat the calories back. A heart rate…

I've been logging calories burned with a HRM, and eating back most of my workout calories. I have MFP set for 2lbs a week loss, so I've been averaging about 1700 calories a day, which is about what the insanity booklet said. I'm on week 7 and love this workout! I've lost 18 pounds (I have 22 more to get to my goal) and have gone from a size 12/14 pants to 6/8 and I still have more weeks to go for my first round.

OR, start lifting, throw the scale out, and realize that your body can be tighter and leaner while still weighing more that you thought was proper!!! Muscles look great!!!

Assuming this isn't a troll post, I would guess that the best thing for you to do is realize that you are at a maintenance weight and become happy with your body. What is your frame size?
