thank you very much by the way i think keto lets you eat 20g of carbs but also this depents from the person so...

but if you have a calorie defict and you only want to lose fat which is the best diet? and if you don't consider one of these two do you know any other diet that you can eat at least 40g of carbs and burn fat?
