Difference with ketosis and low glycemic diet

helloo everybody
could somebody explain me the difference?
i know that with ketosis you burn fat but with low glycemic do you burn only fat or muscles too?
anyway if you could explain me the differences with what happens to your body, what you need to eat and etc..

Low glycemic just means that the foods you eat don't affect your blood sugar much. Some people say that means you won't gain as much fat, but that's not always true. What's more important for fat loss is whether you're in a calorie deficit.
If you're trying to lose fat, don't worry about extreme diets like ketosis that are hard to stick to long-term - just limit calories, eat reasonably healthy, and exercise often. It works.0 -
