  • The ignorance from SConnie and Ndj isn't really worth my time. Interpret what I say as you choose. Have a nice day. To the original poster, do what works for you. Certain things work for certain people. I found it to fit my lifestyle and needs. Other people find food scales and MFP to do so. Good luck on your lifestyle…
  • I actually have a job, so I am going to get back to it. But yeah, I was a former ICU nurse. I know what the odds are and have taken care of people on death's door. Eating at a calorie deficit with the wrong foods will kill you in the long run. But knock yourselves out.

I'm kind of hungry on the 1200 myself, and I am trying to make sure I eat my exercise points. I'd like to lose atleast 1 lbs a week, which may be asking too much.…
  • I'd love to lose 5-8 lbs! I'm in!
  • Yes, I agree eat food. But when you are a busy full time working single mom on the go, when you are hungry when out and about, I think grabbing a healthy protein shake is a better option than grabbing mc Donald's, dontcha think? I've been known to skip the gym because It's a choice between the gym and cooking. I've become…
