I had the same problem when I did that program. So I just stuck to the knee push ups. If I was having a really hard time I would try to do one for every other one that they did.

I personally would get a heart rate monitor and monitor the whole time you are at the golf course.... Seems a little high.

Unless you're drinking decaf tea, you need to be wary of how much tea (caffeine) you have. In small amounts, caffeine has little effect on your hydration but in large amounts.... I like spinach but if I think you have to worry about eating over 4 cups at a time... you might be eating too much spinach.

I am 5'6.5". I would love to be skinny but I am trying to be reasonable with my goal because I have I hard time sticking to a healthy lifestyle. I am aiming for 145.

I use the elliptical. Mine has Jillian Michaels workouts on it and it kicks my butt!

After reading this I went to my kitchen, grabbed my stuff (a multivitamin and calcium+D) and it turns out that I'm only getting 600 IU a day! Crazy... here I was thinking that I was getting a good amount. Eye Opening! Thank you!

I had the same thing happen. For the first week and a half... But now the scale is starting to change... slowly but surely. My calorie was too high so I changed my weight loss to 2 pounds a week instead of 1 and that help a lot. Just stick with it. You can do it!
