Nearly forgot them today! But at 11pm i have now completed day 13!! Whoop! So close to half way! I have started these sorts of challenges so many times before and never got this far! proud of yself and everyone doing it with me! Thank you for keeping me going!

Just got home after my first personal training session at the gym and did this! I actually think I can start to feel a difference! Before I couldn't do 5 sit ups without wanting to die but I am doing sets of 20 at a time now! Is anyone else noticing changes?

I am 5'4 and my goal is 125 but I think everyone's goal should be different... Once you enter the healthy weight range your goal weight should be based on how you feel not a number on the scale!
