Been at a plateau for about 4 weeks. I never added exercise to my diet so I was thinking of adding that, although I am sure to see weight gain from muscle toning. Are you taking your measurements as well? Maybe you are losing inches and gaining muscle from exercise?

There are "skinny" mixers that are free in calories, i haven't tried them yet but I've seen them. A shot of alcohol will contain around 60 calories. I love drinking wine but I haven't had a glass in a while :(

I usually make sure I get a good breakfast and lunch and unless I'm super duper hungry, I just snack for dinner.... I am on 1200 calories and by the time dinner comes around I will have around 200-400 left over after breakfast and lunch for snacking.

I absolutely love the tai-chi routine. I've done the short classes and finally unlocked the 16 min routine... it kicks butt and is so relaxing. BTW, I really don't exercise much so it might not be as strenuous to you lol

I just bought a few bags to eat lol. It can't be any worse than lean cuisine meals.... I don't like cooking so I rely on things like the steam fresh veggies, bistro ready to eat salads, and frozen foods along with taking my daily vitamins so that I don't get deficient in anything and drinking plenty of water. Good Job!!! I had gained so much weight I had to buy new clothes... now I think I will have to get them taken in at the tailors... feels good doesn't it?
