I just got this less than an hour ago and did a 20 minute kick boxing class and burned 116 calories. It is really is fun and really gets your heartrate up. It's not even like you are working out. I can't wait to try other classes.

    I absolutely love the tai-chi routine. I've done the short classes and finally unlocked the 16 min routine... it kicks butt and is so relaxing. BTW, I really don't exercise much so it might not be as strenuous to you lol

    Biggest loser for the Kinect is a lot of fun too. I alternate them to keep things interesting. Definitely a good workout.
  • i got zumba nd that burn 250 calories for 25mins so it says on here but its exhausting but gd fun.

    I have the biggest loser for Wii and it's a great workout. I can't wait to try more workouts they really are good.

    i do your shape as well. its great. i also do biggest loser and zumba. they are great too.
