Does anyone know how much sugar (good or bad sugar) you should have in a day? Good sugars comes from fruits which I heard doesn't count negatively towards your sugar intake. However, I am unsure how much sugar you should have in a day.

I am very sorry for your lost. I too lost my brother (not same medical reason) but he has always been my inspiration. I was 220 pounds but now I am down to 205. My short term goal is to get to 170 pounds then I will set a new goal once I reach 170. Mentally, this works for me otherwise thinking of losing more than 50…
