I haven't been utilizing my Myfitnesspal until now... because I had been recording it in my journal at home. I started putting my entries into my blog here, for all to check out and add me!

It's a work in progress. There's a lot to fill in since I started. I was a size 14 and now I'm back into the single digits and super happy. Even when I was 140 lbs, I wasn't toned or fit like I am now. It's a lot of hard work but if I can achieve the unfathomable goal of 125 lbs, I can go pants shopping, proudly!
Would love to make new friends and share successes.

It's sad, I don't even know the name of the Ab bench? is that it? The thing you stuck your feet under and you crunch up towards your feet and turn left to right.
I do probably about 60 of those a day, AT LEAST. Diet is key too. I haven't cut out carbs but it's all moderation, blahblahblah....
You have to build your core.. that's what I've learned. My core was SO WEAK when I started training with my guy here on LI. I couldn't even do five crunches without stopping.. Now I can do 20 no problem and today..
I did jack knives!! That's when you do a pushup position with your feet on that big red ball and bring your knees towards you.
HARDEST THING EVER. But, that's how I know that I'm really getting results because I can have stability now in my stomach when before I'd collapse and swear it would never happen.
Start from the ground up. If you go to a gym, ask a trainer to give you an orientation to see how your postures are. That's key because you can do as many workout videos and dance classes as you want, but until you're doing the moves right, they won't really improve your foundation. I swear the results just started showing now, and it's been three weeks... but then poof! It was there. I woke up this morning and took that picture and was like... whoa. lol who's that?0 -
