Hello, I'm new to the MFP community. Basically in a nutshell I have a history Yoyo weight loss and gain. But this go around I really want to make it a lifestyle change so I dont have to worry about gaining everything back that I lost. Anyway feel free to add me and wish me luck..Because I'm going to need all the motivation I can get !!!! Oh and is it worth it to invest in the premium package on the app ?

Congrats on making the decision to focus on you. I am also on this journey with you. I tried to add you as a friend but your acct is private.

Congrats on realizing that this needs to be a lifestyle change. We all lack motivation at times, but when its a lifestyle change then it flows more naturally. When something is habit for me, I do it without giving it much thought. At first it was a pain in the butt to weigh All my foods but now I just do it without thinking about it. Same goes for working out. I hated it at first but now I just do it because it's part of my daily routine. So keep going and eventually it will all flow much more smoothly. Learn about weighing all your foods and portion control / moderation.

Forgot to add, I don't pay for premium but know people who do. Each person will feel differently. I'd try the free version for a full month then try the paid version for a month and see which you like better ( if you don't like it then it will only have cost 10$ for one month I think )

Welcome! Just sent you a request. I agree with thorsmom01. Try both to see which is better, but me personally the free one is just fine. Support system is wonderful on this site. Lots of positive & caring ppl. ;)
