well, if you feel full then I don't think you should FORCE yourself to eat. Maybe you'll naturally get a bigger appetite again after a few days. Listen to your body. You don't need to eat strictly 1400 calories if you honestly feel like you can't do it.

I honestly don't think there's anything wrong with eating near 900 calories on some days. I actually am the same way. There are times when I'm just not that hungry, so I don't eat as much. Your appetite will fluctuate. It's normal. Eat according to how you feel.

If what you've been doing is working for you, then don't change anything. Don't over analyze it too much. It seems like you're doing okay. I don't think you're eating too many snacks. It's still food. It's not like you're eating candy or cookies.

When I'm dieting, my ideal range is 1200 or 1300- I don't think you're doing anything wrong. If you feel satisfied eating the way you are eating, don't bother changing anything just because a bunch of fitness freaks are telling you you need to bump up your calorie intake.

you don't HAVE to eat these calories back- unless you're really hungry and feel like you need to eat more. my appetite fluctuates. I eat near 1200 to 1400 calories everyday, but sometimes I might eat 1500 or 1600. It all depends. Just feel your body out! It's not a set rule you need to follow strictly.

It's more of a personal preference. Some people are going to tell you you're doing too much- I don't think you are, though. If you're comfortable doing what you're doing, don't change it.

I like the person's suggestion above me- ginger tea is really good for colds. and garlic.. it kills everything. I know my mom always consumes a ton of it when she's sick. it'll make you smell, but it's worth it. lol

okay here's what you do- the night before, make sure you eat 100 prunes, 20 bowls of oatmeal, 5 glasses of prune juice, and 2 laxatives. and make sure you dress in many, many layers for the run. also, don't wear shoes. they're overrated.
