  • I stay between 4 and 6 and usually end up burning my time x's 10. (45 min = 450 calories). at least that's what the machine has told me for the last few months. from what I've seen it's pretty accurate. I'd like to get a HRM so I could know what I'm actually doing though!

  • I use Body Fortress. It's at Wal-Mart. I LOVE how it tastes. I put a banana in there sometimes.. but its also good by itself with milk or water.
  • I have been doing it for 5 days and am already noticing a difference. I combine it with 30-40 minutes on the elliptical. I got the 30DS and two other JM dvd's for 19 on amazon!
  • I make a protein smoothie almost everyday. I use 1 cup of fruit, 1 scoop of whey protein powder, 1/4 C skim milk (sometimes), and some water to give it some substance and lots of ice. It's about 200 cals but has like 26 g of protein.
