Checking out Keto, so hard boiled eggs, nuts, 1/4 c heavy whip cream (whipped in cup, with emulsion mixer) with stevia and vanilla and rasberries. Need to try olives and pickles.

Sounds like your off to a good start! I have just started Again, retired and sit too much. So age and bum knee have slowed me down , but never quit trying, feel much better with less weight. My feet will thank me for losing! Good luck. this site really helps me a lot!

Catherines is a good place to find jeans that fit. I have small waist and large booty and thighs too. Trouser style in some pants fit well. I think the jeans I got were called, Fit Right. They are not the cheapest but sure are nice.

this is my Cheater cheese cake - 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, 2 Table spoons sugar free pudding-dry mix cheesecake flavor. a little vanilla extract, combine crumble a graham cracker on top if you want. fast and close to the real thing -

Tracking is important, I found i wasn't eating enough! Do it just fo get an idea of where your at. Log all you eat and break down of some foods will surprise you. It is work but gets easier. i use quick tools on breakfast because it is mostly the same each day. One step at a time!

I agree, friends of mine from Guam eat smaller amounts and no junk they are small people. Life style is very important. When I move more and eat healthy I lose no matter where I am. Keeping my Head in that mode is the problem!
