I can't eat it anymore it used to mildly upset my stomach and it's got to the point I can be crippling over with cramp from eating it. I used to take it with water, I don't drink milk anymore. Currently 123 still feel bulky because of my hips, no proportion to my body at the moment. I think the lowest I'd go is 110 taking into account I do have a small frame.

Still a weight loss is better than no weight loss but remember there is other factors that could be affecting such a water retention, TOM (quite a few woman are commenting about that this week) or high sodium. The list goes on. Keep your head up and keep going, you might drop it next week but who knows! :drinker:

Surprisingly it was one of the first areas for me albeit it I've only lost between 0.5-1 inch on either thigh in the last 5 weeks from cycling but not budged since so still there :sad:

When I have a bad workout day I just generally remember the saying that no matter how little you do, you're still lapping everyone on the couch! It's not the end of the world, just keep doing what you're doing and move on from the hiccup! :)

I had a bad break up in March was focusing all my negative energy into working out, dropped about 6lbs within 2 weeks before I hit a brick wall and had to stop exercising due to being in hospital and gained all the weight back but giving the clear to exercise again and I'm now 1lb away from where I stopped! :)
