Small weight loss

So I stuck pretty much quite well to my cal limit this week and exercised 4 times already but have only lost 0.2lbs. This has really disheartened me and I don't really know what to do. I just don't understand how I could lose just so little when I have been eating healthily and exercising

Weightloss is not linear. One week you'll lose a lot others you'll lose a little or maybe even none you need to get used to this. There are many variables and food/exercise is only part of the equation normal daily fluctuations, hormones (especially for women) and environmental factors all have an effect. As you've been here since 2012 I'm surprised you've not realised this. The trends downwards so that's great.
Good luck0 -

It's just that before my holiday when I was running three times a week and doing exercise videos 2/3 times a week I managed to lose 10lbs over 2 months which was really good but now it just seems that all that has now stopped and I am now finding it harder to lose the holiday weight some weeks I do have an occasional cheat day if it is a special occasion but I am finding that this really stops my weight loss and its frustrating that one day in a week can ruin the rest of the 60

Any loss is better than gaining. You're doing fantastic, congratulations! Patience.0

My first week I lost 3kg, last week 0.3kg and I know I worked pretty hard both weeks on the treadmill. My calorie intact was also below the 1200 per day with my exercise. I too was expecting at least 1kg however that was not the case. Like me, just hang in there for the long run, some weeks will be good and some, not bad, not so good however still in the right direction.0 -
Still a weight loss is better than no weight loss but remember there is other factors that could be affecting such a water retention, TOM (quite a few woman are commenting about that this week) or high sodium. The list goes on. Keep your head up and keep going, you might drop it next week but who knows! :drinker:0
