Vegetable smoothies?
I know fruit smoothies the sugar content is bad and you lose most of the benefits through this way of consuming them but I'm bad at consuming my vegetables. However, I was wondering is there any adverse effects on the benefits by blending vegetables?

Gone gluten free, less hungry. Help!
I decided to go gluten free a few days ago, as a result it's pretty much cut out carbs and generally anything unhealthy from my diet as a result but I eat fruit, veg, fish, poultry, nuts/seed so forth but at the moment I'm finding myself less hungry and struggling to meet my daily calorie target. I have next to none flexibility! I tried a video for stretching earlier but I just feel so demotivated with it as most of it's too advanced for me. Does anyone know any good stretches or videos for full body flexibility?

Bad break up?
I didn't know whether to post this but since my boyfriend broke up with me I'm having trouble sleeping and I'm lucky if I get 2 hours a night. I'm just wondering without sleeping pills or exercise is there anyway to help me stay sleeping for longer than two hours. :(

Okay, I started running indoors about 4 days ago however I want to start running outside but I don't know what gear to wear as I don't have proper running/sports clothes at the moment and I don't get paid for another week.
