So I need to get new scales as my old pair have finally given in! Ideally what would you say is the best brand of scales are?

    I just got the Omron BF511 Family Body Composition Monitor delivered yesterday ... http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0033AGBW0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ... and they're great. They tell you all kinds of things ... Body fat percentage and BMI calculation, Visceral fat, skeletal muscle percentage, resting metabolism. Can set to display lbs or kg. Pricey, but seem a good long term investment. :smile:
