This challenge has already helped me to make better choices. We went out for Mexican food for lunch and I found a healthier option, and I've been drinking tea or water. :) Happy Sunday, everyone!

To catch up... My reasons for weight loss 1. My health- losing weight will help me to manage pcos. 2. I don't feel like myself at this weight. I used to have tons of energy and I've felt so lethargic lately. 3. To get back into some of my favorite outfits. (Which would also save money since I won't have to buy new clothes)

I'd suggest weighing in as often as is right for you. I weigh in every morning because my weight can fluctuate a lot depending on how many carbs I eat. Daily weighing helps me to keep myself in check and not to put such a focus on the scale because of the constant changes. I'd also suggest using a number of ways to measure…

Another year to get it right. 1. Go to crossfit 3+ times a week. 2. Drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day. 3. Get my carb intake under control. 4. Lose 30 lbs by 12/31/16 (which shouldn't be a problem if I follow through with goals 1-3) Good luck to everyone!

Glad to know I'm not the only one. I've never tried Keto, but may have to look into it if others are seeing success on it. I've been gaining and losing the same fee pounds for a couple of months now.

We're traveling to see my in-laws, so I won't get much say on the meals they make. I'm going to stick to the plan as much as possible. It'll be a 15 hr drive, so I'll pack Lara bars, carrots, and grapes for the road.

Berries, banana with almond butter, almond milk latte (I warm up almond milk and brew chai tea in it with a little honey) I don't like a lot of the low cal treats, so I just use portion control and enjoy it.

Over the summer I like to workout around 8, but during the school year I go to a 5A.m. class. It was tough at first, but now I just get up and go. For me it as easier to commit to the morning than to go after work.

I love crossfit because it helps me to see results in a variety of ways. Weight coming off, body shape changing, and gaining strength.
