    Reached the 35 lb loss this morning. On the last 5 to reach goal. I can do this!

    Sooo disappointed! I've been staying w/in my 1200 calories a day, exercising at least 40 minutes a day, drinking lots of water, watching my carbs... :(

    @abbey_shoaff I believe the challenges tab only shows MFP sponsored challenges, and not user-created ones. I might be wrong about that, but that's what I've found. You can bookmark this thread though, so it appears in your favorites.

    Was about 274.2 as of march 7, no idea what the weight is today as I'm not near my scale. I have had wine a few times this week, so likely weigh near the end of March. My goal is to hit 250 by the end of May. I am going to redouble my efforts to get as low as I can by then.

    Abbey, when you go to community, there is a link to all Community CHALLENGES located about 1/2 way down the page. Click on that link and search for us. Sometimes you have to scroll through several pages to find us, unless there has been a lot of communication you may find us on the first page.     STAY THE COURSE! Sometimes on this weight loss journey we can go through our ups and downs on the scale, but this too is life with all of its unique ups and downs. Just remember to stay the course as you muster through. Anything can upset the reading on the scale, so don't worry so much about that, as you keep the focus on good clean eating and healthy exercise that is just right for you!

    We are heading into the weekend, so remember that with weigh in every Monday, you really need to STAY THE COURSE, through evenings out, and family and friend gatherings that always seem to be surrounded by food and beverages!

    All the best and make it one of your best weigh in Monday's ever!
