I usually net 1250....which is what MFP has me set at. I don't know if I should be netting more?

My favorite dinner so far has been sauteed summer squash (cut up, coated in EVOO, salt, pepper, and garlic) and broiled salmon (coated in EVOO and lemon and pepper seasoning). Super good and good for you!

Good info! Thanks! If you just want to eat banana though...not in the form of a smoothie...can you freeze and thaw them in the fridge and just eat them? Do they taste ok?

This is great! I don't know about the rest of you ladies out here....but I ALWAYS feel awful about myself and my body when I watch the annual Victoria's Secret fashion show that happens around the holiday time....I would love to lose enough weight to actual feel good about myself when I watch it. I am currently 154.6 and I…

Just looked at Cheesecake Factory's nutritional facts....INSANE!!! One of their meals was double the calories I eat in 1 day. I am all for indulging every so often....but that is kind of disturbing.

I agree that it is good to enjoy it in moderation. Just nice to see the nutrition facts so you can make a healthier decision if you need/wanted to. I know for me it is for health reasons as I have extremely high cholesterol and need to know the saturated fat content in my foods. Just frustrating when they do not have it…

Hi!! My end goal is to be down to 135/140. I am currently at 154.6lb. By October, I would love to be at least 145. My problem is that I am a grad student and it is always difficult to keep up the good habits once school starts. Having the extra motivation would help!!

Awesome!! After looking on skinnytaste.com I came across LOTS of healthy recipes that you could easily cook and freeze. That is always my problem...I never have enough time to cook...but if I cook before and then freeze portions, I can have a healthy meal in a few minutes!

Is it too late to join this challenge? I would love to join and have some more people to keep me motivated !!

I do both. Last summer I strictly did cardio...I lost weight...but I am seeing a huge difference in my body this summer by adding in weight training! Plus....you want to tone your body after it has been hiding under fat and I have heard you lose fat faster if you have lean muscle!

Feel free to friend me! I am entering my last year of grad school in the fall...Thank goodness!!!! It is going to be a challenge to keep the good habits up, but I have been doing so well and I hope to continue!! Grad school just does not allow you to have time to sleep...let alone time to plan and cook meals, and…

I sometimes have to remind myself that the number is not everything. And remember...muscle ways more than fat! You may be gaining muscle and losing fat. If your clothes are fitting looser...that is a good sign that you are doing the right things! Keep it up!!
