The Stocking Stuffers or better yet the Fishnet Stocking Stuffers since we are getting thin and just might buy us a pair when we win!! =)

This is my first time to be in a "group" of any kind of MFP so I am totally lost. I have joined the group, but don't know what to do or what to expect after that? I probably sound like a moron! Sorry! Nevermind....I think I am getting it now. Sorry!

I love it too Nikki!!!

GREAT point that in all my panic I had totally forgotten.........but absolutely correct! Ok so I am going to give this a try for 30 days but I AM going to have to adjust my eating because I am used to burning a lot of calories and am therefore able to eat a little more. Strength doesn't burn near as much calories so as…

You look amazing! Congratulations on your hard work paying off! What an inspiration!

Subway 6:" Turkey breast on wheat, no cheese and all veggies with spicy mustard 290 cals! YUMILICIOUS!

Amazing story! Thank you for sharing! Congrats on your success!

I am so overwhelmed by everyone's comments.....thank you all so much......who would have though I, ME, ANGIE, would be an inspiration to ANYONE!?! I sit here still, teary eyed and in complete disbelief. It's almost like I didn't realize I had been losing weight even though I know I have. Hard to explain. It's all just so…

When I am finished, I PROMISE you will get them. =0

I agree with what everyone has said here...especially Erik. The gain you see on the scale is most likely just temporary and could be anything from excess water to your body holding on to that extra because it doesn't know when it's going to be fed again. It's going to take some time to undo what's been done and for your…

Let me first of all say awesome and congratulations for nearing your goal weight. let me also say I am jealous LOL I still have about 35 lbs to go before I reach my goal weight. I don't know how much weight you've lost but I am sure if you've lost a lot, it's going to be hard to get regulated and figure out how to 'stop'…

I do track sugar because I love sweet things. I have changed to almond milk to help offset the high sugar content of the fruit I consume. It's a good thing I prefer veggies over fruit is all I can say because it's hard to stay under the MFP sugar requirement but I am doing it! The only thing I go over on is protein and…

Yes yes I do this very same thing and even though I've lost a significant amount of weight and am having to get rid of my entire wardrobe, I still don't SEE the changes in the mirror. I think we DO undermine ourselves by weighing daily and expecting something negative each time or making up some excuse why we lost and…

I've done two rounds of the 30 Day Shred and Level 3 was much easier for me than Level 2. Level 3 was more fun though to me and went by really quick as another poster said. Before too long, you'll be wondering where the time went and be ready to move on to Ripped in 30! Jillian Rocks! Have fun and good luck finishing this…

I am on Level 3 Day 1 starting tomorrow (this is my second time to do the Shred). I log it as 20 minutes of Calisthenics. Happy Shredding.....you'll be glad you stuck with it! By Day 4 you will work out the soreness and feel amazing....it gets better from there. I am moving on to Ripped in 30 on October 1.

Thank you for your comments. Are there any supplements out there that you recommend for muscle toning and elasticity while eating a low calorie diet or do you think it's even necessary if you're already eating healthy and exercising?
-
Well if it makes you feel any better, I am starting Level 2 tomorrow as well and I KNOW I am not looking forward to it LOL This is my second time to do the Shred and Level 2 is by far the hardest of them all. With that said, I KNOW you can do it if I did it back in May. To me, Level 3 was much easier than Level 2 but even…

Sorry I didn't check in yesterday! I don't plan to measure until the end. It kinda gives it a bigger "bang" that seems to make me more inclined to continued =) It seems to be getting easier and I am ready (kinda) for Level 2......it's hard but I can do it. I am ready for some BIG losses this month!
-
Ah this is so right and I am SO right there with you! I've only lost 4 lbs in the month of April.......it's still a loss and I am still impatient!!

Yes yes so true!!! I have been working out hardcore at the gym cardio and weights and started the 30 Day Shred again on Monday. I was so sore I couldn't hardly function Tuesday LOL Yes yes "oh how we forget" LOL

I am a firm believer that doing the Shred requires really good knee braces regardless of age or size. I was pretty big when I did the Shred the first time and I got some knee braces and haven't had any problems even though I have knee discomfort and grinding when i walk b/c of an old knee injury. You might consider getting…

I noticed I struggled a little more this morning than I did yesterday morning but I didn't have to take any breaks (yet)....tomorrow isn't here yet and that's usually my hardest day. I have never ever been good at the push ups either.....I can finally do all the lady push ups (this is my second round of the 30 DS) and i…

Day 2 level 1 was a little tough for me too and I didn't do mine back to back like you did. I did Day 1 at 4 am Monday morning and did Day 2 this morning at 4 am so it was exactly 24 hours apart and it was still tougher than yesterday morning it seemed. I did an hour on the Eliptical Crosstrainer last night and plan the…
