Day 2 L2- first day back since Easter, and boy did it hurt!!. Can only do modified everything!!! :noway: Not really enjoying L2 at all! :(( Tomorrow is another day, Good luck guys. T

YESTERDAY, DAY 10 L 1 completed, still on modified push-ups, and alternate my weights between 1.0 and 1.5KG. TODAY, DAY 1 L 2 good god!, this is much harder, and I do believe my legs will be sore tomorrow. Good luck for tomorrow T.

Day 8 L1. Today felt much better. I had to subsitute my 1.5kg weights for water bottles, as away from home. My kcal today was 204, and tends to vary from 180 - 222! Good luck for today T

Well done on the 2kg weights, and push ups!! Day 6 L1 completed not bad, but I still find the upright rows quite hard, even with the 1.5kg weights! Lets see what tomorrow brings..... Good luck all

Day 4 L1 - Still hard work. 222 kcal burned, so an improvement on yesterday :happy: . Also I managed to use my 1.5kg weights throughout today's workout, fab!! Roll on day 5 ......

Just some dumb bells. I use 1kg and 1.5kg weights. I find that's ok for me, but you'll most probably want heaver! Hope this helps T

Day 3 completed phew! it's defiantly a killer, but worth it. I have also completed the EA active 30 day (wii) challenge today. Very pleased of my achievement, as i've never completed a fitness challenge before.:wink:

I also started this yesterday,( 11 April ) after waiting for the postie to arrive! I completed it in the afternoon, and sweated buckets. Today, day 2 was just as bad, only modified pushups for me! :tongue: I'm also on the final leg of the EA 30 day challenge 1, which finishes on wednesday, and I can't wait to complete that…

I have a Wii fit, with the balance board, and have just purchased the EA Sports Active (the first one, because I already use a HR monitor) I absolutely love it, and it saves me money on a gym membership!! I do yoga, boxing, running, hula hoop, strength training, and have just started the 30 day challenge, and boy does it…
