Thanks! I guess I'll go ahead and open up the Muscle Milk..Doesn't sound like it's too bad considering it was only like $20 for a huge tub. I think I can spare the extra cals and fat. I find that I have to force myself to eat the rest of my calories just to meet my goals anyways. Thanks again :)

hmmm..Okay, Good points :) WHat about the amount of Amino acids that it contains? Doesn' that play a huge role in muscle development? Are amino acids something that I need to take into consideration as well? Man, I'm full of questions!

Great! Thanks, Guys!

I love spin!! Especially because they dim the lights...so It's kinda like meditation for me. At the same time trying to compete with me and only me since I can't see anyone else in the room to try and go faster or stronger than them :)

This^^ and Keep up the good work!

What you consider a heavy weight really just varies from person to person. A heavy weight for shoulder presses to me is 25lbs...but bicep curls I use 17.5-20..it all just depends :) I make it heavy enough to where I fail by the 10 rep though!
-
Hey! It all really just depends On what muscle groups I am working out..I would say usually around 30 minutes. I do legs twice a week, then Back/biceps one day, Chest/triceps the next, and shoulders by itself. GOod luck with Insanity! That is HARD!

I do sprints in the treadmill/ or burpees and jump roping.. Mainly sprints though

Lol .. I guess lifting heavy girls would be just as affective!

I viewed this a couple times, and the pictures were all shown the correct way, but Now They are too large to view. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks! I'm not following any program- Just sticking to a lifting schedule that I randomly got from this Girl on Instagram...LOL. I had no idea where to start, I just knew I HAD TO!! I totally agree- proper form is a must, and good for you to recognize that! If you can't afford to get with a personal trainer for some…

How do I make these pictures smaller? They're cut off :(

Thanks, guys! I recently switched my focus to heavy lifting. I can say that again, I notice more changes in my body, yet the scale is still fluctuating up and down!! The scale and I don't get a long, but That's OK!!!!
-
AWESOME progress, girlfriend! I, too, just started my journey of heavy lifting This past April (the 15th to be exact) I do only a 10 minute HIIT along with my lifting,,do you do any cardio? Also, When did the scale start to go down for you? I'm trying not to pay too much attention to it, since it hasn't even been a month…

Me too! Sometimes, at bootcamp I will even turn a shade of purple (or so my sister tells me) but otherwise, I am Tomato..or fire hydrant RED. It's embarrassing, but there's nothing you can do about it. I'm right there with ya sister! Plus, I'm a "head" sweater, so it makes it even worse that i am DRIPPING in sweat..and…

Holy Smokes! You look Phenomenal! GREAT TRANSFORMATION!!

I totally agree!!!

Great dedication girl! You rock keep it up!
-
That is such an awesome feeling! Good for you! I have had the same experience at my bootcamp classes; I've had Personal trainers yell out to everyone to Mimic me and my form several different times. Feel great! Keep it up!
-
I agree 100%! According to the scale, I haven't lost anything! I can tell my body fat has decreased as my lean muscle mass has increased. I'm not gonna lie though, it's still frustrating! I'm the same weight in both of these before and after pics
-
Thank you everyone for the kind words!

My weight has stayed the same for 7...yes 7 months! I feel like I look a lot different... just keep taking pictures. I'm sure you're making progress!!
