  • I recently had back surgery and I find when I strain myself too much on the eliptical I have too stay off for a few days. A brisk walk and some stretching is usually all I need. If you have access to a pool even better it relieves the stress off your lower back as well as your knees! Good Luck and just keep moving!!!
  • Thank you!

  • according to what I have read and seen the answer is YES you need to be eating those calories. You want your metabolism to stay active and not go into starvation mode :noway: Also, remember if you are working out muscle weighs more than fat instead of looking at the scale look at the inches you are losing. My instructor…
  • Nabisco makes all kinds of 100 calorie snacks...when I'm hungry or just want something sweet I grab one of these little bags and it satisfies and I don't feel guilty. Or if I'm watching my sugars for the day I may grab a salty snack , they have both and combinations too! Just get back on track and don't punish yourself .…

  • I have found the best motivation is FRIENDS & FAMILY... get them on board and cheer each other on as well as help each other out when you hit a tough spot and watch those pounds start to shed.
