I have a lot of the same deficiencies send me a friend request and we can share what our doctors and nutritionist are saying. I started taking calcium vitamin d and magense supplements along with pre and pro biotics. I also started juicing too. That has help with the fatigue. My weight loss is slow

Just for today I will be stress free. I will drive an hour to take my sister with a disability some homemade food take time to make my self nice before I leave and stay under 100 sugar calories for the day

Well today is a new day. I live in the present not the past. I forgive all and started a new slate. Today I will make and follow my meal plan, meditate, do something nice for someone and smile when all is accomplished because I know this will help me in all aspects of my life including losing weight
