  • Thanks for the encouragement here too!
  • Hi, I am female and just bought it. I haven't tried it out yet. I read two reviews about it at amazon. You get Uplay rewards that you can use in other Ubisoft games.
  • Try Maranantha No Stir peanut butter. I wouldn't toss the oil in other peanut butters, jus stir it up really good.
  • I can relate to the busy schedule with school and all. I also have PCOS. It is hard for me to keep healthy foods available throughout the semester and to find time to exercise when I need to be studying instead. I find I do better during the times that I make exercise and eating less calories the main priority. It is also…
  • Good Luck to you. Losing 15-16kg sounds easier than losing 33-35 lbs.
  • I am taking a Hematology course this semester. I learned that iron deficiency anemia (IDA) that results from diet usually shows itself anywhere from 3-6 months after the low iron in the diet. Most of your daily required iron gets recycled inside the body. It is not that common to have IDA as a result of diet in the US.…
  • The site helps me a lot with keeping on track of my goals. This is a great site and extremely useful. Christie

  • I agree, run the gray areas under water. I use a paper towel to dry off water that got elsewhere on the strap.

If you can find a good endocrinoligist, they may have specifics regarding hormones. I personally have not experienced that much weight loss. On a happier note, CONGRATS to losing the…
  • Is it from AmeriScience? Is it a drink?
  • I think the only time a cyst needs to be removed is when it is ruptured or something like that. I read about that somewhere at WebMD. It is not called ruptured but something similar. It is not so common (I think). I believe that the cysts may go away on their own if the ovaries are supressed properly. Christie
  • I took disease specific supplements from http://www.insulitelabs.com/ for four months. I do not know for certain that it helped. I am currently weaning myself off of them. There is no stimulant in these supplements, but they are supposed to help reverse PCOS and help reduce carbohydrate cravings. I cannot tell for sure if…
  • Thank you for all the responses. I will look into it more seriously now. Christie
  • I would also suggest having the arch in your foot examined by a doctor.

  • Thank you for your responses! I am planning on eating more. Because eating less was not getting results. And I felt very tired and sore most of the time. I can tell a difference in my energy level.

  • Thanks to hormones, you may also be retaining water (could be a few pounds or so). As you increase your muscle mass, you increase your metabolism (your body will burn more calories even at rest!). Increase in bone density should keep you from feeling sad and disappointed.
  • As you are working your muscles out, many changes occur. Your bone density should increase since your muscles are pulling more at them. Your muscle mass should also increase which will weigh more than fat. Your clothes should be fitting better around the waist. If you are doing resistance on the elliptical, keep that up. I…
