So here's an update. I tried very hard to tighten my core and not lean on the handlebars at all - did a 1 hour and 10 min ride today and almost completely avoided any tingling - so that does seem to help a lot. Granted it makes it MUCH harder to ride but obviously it's better for me. Thanks again for all the input.

Thanks for all the great info - I do have gloves with gel padding but I think I'll go down and get a fitting. and yes I do lean heavily but I've tried to really focus on not doing that it doesn't seem to change much when I do though.

It's a 34 min ride - combining forest trails and road. I figured that MMR number must be wildly off. One of these days I really need to get me a HRM. Preferring to err on the conservative side I'll just go with what MFP says - when I averaged out all the online calculator numbers - it comes in around 550.

Tried about 5 different ones online - got 5 different numbers - all below the MMR one and most above the MFP one (gaaaa!)

I've never put cream in - I always put coffee (the caffeine tenderizes the meat and it makes for an amazing roast) adds 0 sugar - 0 sodium so it gives great control over the entire thing. I just add garlic mushrooms onion and spices. Funny you asked this - I'm planning on cooking this exact thing today. Psychic much?

Used to watch it ever day before school in grade 4,5 and 6 burned through several VHS tapes. I lost count after seeing it 600 times. Most recently I watched the entire 6 movies about 3 months ago but eager to see them again on our redesigned 1080p cinema room. Ich Bin Ein Geek!

Didn't have this problem exactly, I was fine running/walking but I was getting bouts of extreme nausea about 15-20 mins after I woke up every morning. I can't remember the deadline but there is legislation coming in here in BC Canada that will require all public eating establishments to include the nutritional info for everything on their menu - all the establishments are up in arms about it - but I think it's a great thing!

It really depends on you - your schedule and your body... For me (for example) I eat a very consistent "set" of foods - because it's easier for me to shop and maintain that way - I always know what ingredients I need. Also for me if I EVER ate oatmeal I'd gain like crazy (carbs & me = not good friends!) so it all depends.…
