Out of curiosity, I just googled what i would be able to eat (B+) on this diet and almost everything I love is restricted. Even if there were any science behind this, there are just too many restrictions. http://www.drlam.com/blood_type_diet/print/blood_b.htm

I'm new here too and would love to have more friends, it will probably stop me from eating chocolate for breakfast again.

All the time... especially because I'm diabetic. People don't always know what's healthy though, my collegues question me for eating strawberries but offer me cookies 2 minutes later. Yesterday i got told "but that has calories in it", lol yes it does, I cant live on water alone.

I've been trying to start for a little while but something always gets in my way... today is a new day and there are no more excuses! I am going to try to log what I eat every single day so I will have to be accountable. Add me and we can go through this journey together.
