  • My protein is 1g x lb Fat is .4g Carb makes up the rest. I'm adding 2/300 calories per day, have a 'cheat meal' Sunday lunchtime then fast 24 hours after. My calorie intake is calculated for a gain of .5 kg a week with that calories surplus
