I was on 1750 for 4ish months and lost 10kg for it. Ive upped mine to 2000 give or take depending on exercise of the day :smile: 1200 never worked for me and im never going back there, id be hangry and plateaued for no reason :smiley:

Try counting macros instead of calories. Im 5'3, 207lb and Im eating 1742 and losing regularly.
