I like running. It's a great feeling of accomplishment for me when I'm done since I really didn't like running when I was younger. I'd love to do some dance though. Are you doing any specific programs for dance right now?

I hope it's okay to drink because I drink it all day. I have a soda stream that I use and love it. I squeeze a lemon or orange wedge in my water to add a little flavor sometimes.

4'11" and 43 years old. I'm currently 117 but would love to be back at 105 just so I can fit into some of my summer pants. I eat 1400 a day but usually eat less on days I don't work out. My TDEE is about 1650. I'm do cardio 3-4x a week but am going to try strength training starting April.

Thanks for the tip. I have some dress knee high boots that I really love but struggle to get them on so this might work. I have the app and love it. That said, I used it a lot last year but haven't done it since January because my husband and I started P90X. I'm onto Insanity now but I love the Nike workouts when we're out of town.

4'11" and currently 113. I'm aiming to maintain between 108-110 but I wouldn't mind staying where I am as long as I develop more muscle and get more tone.
