  • I have trouble with snacking too at times...our bodies get addictions to certain things...it takes a while to overcome them, but you can. Do not beat yourself up, use these times as motivation. You are doing great because you are doing something...keep it up!

  • The first time I starting trying to loose weight I lost 43 lbs, but gained 23 lbs in muscle. Since you are already leaner than most, maybe it was just an increase in muscle. I look forward to the day when there is only a 1 lb difference in a day. Do not fret over it.
  • Like walking at an slight elevation can help strengthen your knees. I cannot run due to bad knees and my current weight. But the doctor said walking at an incline is just as helpful as running.
  • Bump... You have value in who you are. Never forget that. They great thing about it, NO ONE can take that value away from you. Hang in there.
  • Thanks. The treadmill does not take in a weight so I can put in the information in the calculator. And see how close they are too each other. Maybe take the average of both?
