I have trouble with snacking too at times...our bodies get addictions to certain things...it takes a while to overcome them, but you can. Do not beat yourself up, use these times as motivation. You are doing great because you are doing something...keep it up!

The first time I starting trying to loose weight I lost 43 lbs, but gained 23 lbs in muscle. Since you are already leaner than most, maybe it was just an increase in muscle. I look forward to the day when there is only a 1 lb difference in a day. Do not fret over it.

Like walking at an slight elevation can help strengthen your knees. I cannot run due to bad knees and my current weight. But the doctor said walking at an incline is just as helpful as running.

Thanks. The treadmill does not take in a weight so I can put in the information in the calculator. And see how close they are too each other. Maybe take the average of both?
