Not a Good Eating Day
So at the end of the day even with exercising I was still 1,000 over on my calories. To much fat and sugar. Tracking EVERYTHING you eat is a real eye opener. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Heartrate Monitor On Treadmill
I have a Garmin Forerunner 305 with a heart rate monitor. I just walked 30 minutes on the treadmill at various angle degrees from 5 to 10. Overwhelmed
Ok, so I have read many of the "your new here" things and the like, but I just feel confused. Some say not to eat whole wheat some say it doesn't matter...etc. How do you weed through the bad nonsense or the extreme nonsense? thanks
