Ok, so I have read many of the "your new here" things and the like, but I just feel confused. Some say not to eat whole wheat some say it doesn't matter...etc.
How do you weed through the bad nonsense or the extreme nonsense?

Great link! I've not seen that before... but it sums up my own philosophy. Eat less (eat appropriately), exercise more, monitor and adjust.0
