Heartrate Monitor On Treadmill

I have a Garmin Forerunner 305 with a heart rate monitor. I just walked 30 minutes on the treadmill at various angle degrees from 5 to 10. It measured my heart rate and I was able to record that, but since it could not record elevation or distance is there a way I can take the information from the treadmill with the average heart rate from the Garmin device and calculate how many calories I burned?
The treadmill said 200 but it knows nothing about my heart rate.

It doesn't need your heart rate. The treadmill can measure workload and, if you put it in, your weight.
If you don't hold on to the handrails, that's all a treadmill needs to give you a relatively accurate calorie readout.0 -
Here's a site that uses your gender, age, weight, duration and heart rate to calculate calories:

None of which is needed to accurately determine treadmill calories (except weight).0 -
Thanks. The treadmill does not take in a weight so I can put in the information in the calculator. And see how close they are too each other. Maybe take the average of both?0
