  • Try lean, low sodium lunchmeat. Tilapia is great! It is super low fat, low calorie and is a great source of protein. Fat free cottage cheese is high in protein. Also, greek yogurt is fat free and has a crazy amount of protein. :) Hope this helps!!
  • I was the same way! You have lost so much and it has been hard work to get there. You want people to start noticing! I started noticing after I had lost about 25 lbs. And other people did too. It gets better! As you lose more, each 5-10 lbs. will be noticable in your clothes and by others because each lb. will be a larger…
  • Wow!!! Thank you so much for the post!!!! I want to try them all!
  • I have had the same problem!! I am just not that hungry, and I have been eating healthier so everything is pretty low cal. I was only eating about 800-900 calories a day my first two weeks, and I started running. The first week and a half I lost 5 lbs. Then my metabolism stopped................. I haven't lost an ounce in…
  • The CPM is good to know! I was putting it in as strength training for 10 min. and it was giving me something like 40 cals burned. I felt kind of silly adding it to my exercise log..... Thanks for the info!
  • Well........ At the risk of being laughed at (They are pretty hilarious)..... I got one for Christmas. I have used it about 3 times a week. It comes with a video that is like 8 min. long. I can totally tell a difference and I definitely have muscle fatigue when I am done. Whether it is better that regular dumbells??? Not…
  • I have been that way my whole life! It was hard for me to start eating breakfast, but I think me starting contributed to me losing 25 lbs or so last summer. I kept eating breakfast and I kept it off. :) I still "forget" some mornings until around 10 or 11 (which is probably not good) but I try to drink a big glass of water…
  • You look absolutely amazing! :flowerforyou:
  • I am in the same boat right now! I started losing weight last June and I lost 25 lbs. before August. Then I took a little hiatus from dieting from August til Jan. I have lost another 10 lbs. or so since Jan., but I have hit a definite plateau..... We should be weight loss buds!
  • I think..... Especially if you are on the 1200 calorie diet, which is the lowest number of calories science says you should take in to function, it is important to try to eat your exercise calories... I was eating less than my 1200 calories and exercising and I stopped losing all together. It was a frustrating concept for…
  • I just got "30 Day Shred" today! I would love to know too! Good question!
  • I am the worst at coming up with healthy recipes! I am from the south and we love our cornbread and fried potatoes. lol My Sister-In-Law, however, just lost 75 lbs. and she has been sharing a lot of her recipes and ideas with me. She buys Gino's Turkey Burgers "Savory" (she said they are in an orange package in the freezer…

  • I hear ya! I am a stay-at-home mom of two boys. This morning they wanted french toast, so of course I made french toast...... BUT, I didn't eat it. I am TRYING to be good!!! ;)
  • I have done the HCG diet that she is talking about. Some girls at my office were doing it and had success with it, but they felt horrible the whole time. I did it for 9 days and lost 7 lbs. By the time I stopped, I was so weak and cranky my husband BEGGED me to stop. My best friends mother and sister just tried it and both…
  • Wow! I'm sorry I don't have any info for you, but I'm so glad you posted this! I am going to try this as well. It makes total sense!
  • AWESOME!!! Great job!!!
  • OMG!!!! You look absolutely AMAZING!!! Great job!!
  • That's awesome! I really think that it is all of those little changes that make all the difference! You don't notice them as much but since 1 lb. of fat is equal to 3500 calories, you can lose over a half a lb. a week just making that one small change. Way to go!
  • That is AWESOME!!! Great job!
  • Yum!! Thanks for sharing!
  • Yes!! I am starting tomorrow!!! It would be great to have support! Every one of my friends has done the program and they love it. They are all on their way to a 10K. :) It has been a while since I ran..... like 10 years or so..... I might be a little slow, but I am motivated! I'll send you a friend request!
